Refund and Returns Policy for Soft Pass Key
General Refund Eligibility Because Soft Pass Key provides digital products and software licenses that are delivered electronically, all sales are considered final. We do not offer standard returns or refunds once a purchase is made. We kindly ask that you double-check your order and ensure you are buying the correct software before completing your checkout.
The Exception: Defective or Non-Working Products We stand behind the quality of the licenses we provide. The only condition under which a refund will be issued is if the software product or license key is genuinely defective or not working.
If you encounter an issue, our technical team will first check the problem and provide a working alternative or replacement. If the alternative provided still does not resolve the issue, we will then process a full refund.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund request for a non-working product, please follow this process:

- Include your Order Number and a clear explanation of the exact issue you are facing.
- Our team will review your request to determine eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exclusions (When Refunds Are Not Provided) To maintain a fair and secure platform, refunds are strictly unavailable in the following scenarios:
- The software has been used: Once a license key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Change of mind: If you purchase the software, do not use it, but later decide you want a refund, your request will be denied.
- Terms violation: If you violate the terms of the software’s license agreement, you forfeit your eligibility for any refund.
Customer Responsibility & System Requirements Before making a purchase, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your computer or device meets the minimum system requirements for the software. Customers must also have the basic technical expertise required to download, install, and use the software. We do not issue refunds for issues arising from system incompatibility, hardware limitations, or a lack of technical knowledge.
License Revocation If a refund is successfully processed, please note that the associated software license will be immediately revoked. You will no longer have legal access or rights to use the software.
